Uni-Gauge

Uni-Gauge is a leading entrance exam platform of the Educational Rating and Assessment Foundation (ERA Foundation). Uni-Gauge develops and administers a standardised online entrance exam for entry to the graduate engineering stream for its member universities located across India. The Uni-Gauge-E (Engineering) 2026 is a computer-based test designed for candidates seeking admission to undergraduate engineering courses in participating member universities and institutions nationwide. ERA Foundation is a "not-for-profit" company incorporated under Section 25 of the Indian Companies Act, 1956. It operates with a larger objective of enabling holistic improvement of the education sector through consultation and cooperation with key stakeholders. The foundation focuses on exam solutions, career counselling, and institutional rating, making Uni-Gauge a trusted platform for engineering aspirants. The exam is held in computer-based test mode for admission to BE/BTech courses offered across the 40+ institutes. The exam is held at the national level, and candidates who have passed/appearing in the 10+2 level can take it. One of the unique features of Uni-Gauge 2026 is its strategic alliance with COMEDK, allowing students to appear for both exams simultaneously, thereby reducing the examination burden on candidates.
