PGRRCDE Entrance Test

The PGRRCDE Entrance Test, officially known as the Prof. G. Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education Entrance Test, is a university-level entrance examination conducted by Osmania University for admission to MBA and MCA programmes through distance mode. This entrance test serves as one of the prerequisites for securing admission into these postgraduate distance education courses at the Prof. G. Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education. The PGRRCDE Entrance Test is conducted annually in the offline mode and provides opportunities for working professionals, students from remote areas, and individuals who cannot attend regular classroom programmes to pursue quality higher education. The MBA programme spans two academic years, whilst the MCA programme extends over three years. The conducting body is the Prof. G. Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education, Osmania University, which has been a pioneering institution in distance education since 1977. Candidates who possess a valid score in TG ICET or AP ICET are exempted from appearing in this entrance test. The examination assesses candidates on their analytical ability, mathematical ability, and communication ability to determine their suitability for MBA and MCA courses. The centre offers limited seats through this entrance examination, making it competitive for aspiring students.
