MP TET

The Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test, commonly referred to as MP TET, is a state-level teacher eligibility examination conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MP Vyapam). This examination is mandatory for candidates aspiring to become teachers in government schools across Madhya Pradesh for classes I to VIII. The MP TET is conducted in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and serves as a qualifying examination for appointment as teachers in the state. The Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test is organised at the state level and is specifically designed to assess the teaching aptitude and subject knowledge of candidates who wish to teach in primary and upper primary classes. The examination is divided into two papers: Paper I for candidates aspiring to teach classes I to V (Primary Level) and Paper II for those aiming to teach classes VI to VIII (Upper Primary Level).
