About GMAT
GMAT or the Graduate Management Admission Test is a graduate-level admissions entrance test. Candidates who want to pursue courses like MBA, Master of Finance, or Master of Accountancy take the GMAT exam. The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) conducts the GMAT exam.
The GMAT exam is held multiple times a year. It is created to assess the candidates' verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, and analytical skills. The exam consists of three sections: Quantitative Reasoning (QR), Verbal Reasoning (VR), and Data Insights (DI).
The GMAT exam consists of 64 objective-type questions, which must be answered within 2 hours and 15 minutes. Candidates can take the GMAT exam either at a test centre or online. The GMAT score is graded on a scale of 205 to 805 points.
