The Einstein Fellowship 2026 is a joint initiative by the Einstein Forum and the Wittenstein Foundation for outstanding young thinkers pursuing projects in a field different from their previous research. Outstanding Young Thinkers
The students will be selected based on the quality, originality, and feasibility of the proposed project, as well as the superior intellectual development of the applicant.
Eligible applicants can follow these steps to apply:- Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below. Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID). Step 3: Scroll down to 'Personal Information' and fill in the required details. Step 4: Upload the necessary documents, agree to the privacy policy by ticking the box and click 'Submit'.
The selected fellow will receive:- A stipend of EUR 10,000 Reimbursement of travel expenses Living accommodation for 5-6 months in the garden cottage of Einstein's summerhouse in Caputh, Brandenburg
Curriculum Vitae (CV) A two-page project proposal Two letters of recommendation Note:- The accepted file format is PDF, maximum size being 10 MB. Recommendation letters can also be sent directly by the respective issuers to: 'fellowship@einsteinforum.de'.
