Authorization letter from the Head of the Department/ DEAN of their college in the prescribed format. Class 10 marksheet Statement of Purpose (SOP) (Note:- Students who do not have the latest semester results at the time of application submission, must upload a certificate from their college/institute stating that they have appeared for the examination and results are awaited.)
