Eligible applicants can follow these steps to apply:- Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below. Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard and fill in the required details to 'Register' (Note:- If already registered, log in using the registered email ID.) Step 3: Click on the 'Schemes' button to proceed. Step 4: Scroll down the page to find the 'Abhinandan Education Loan Scheme' and click on it. Step 5: Click on the 'Finance Department' button on the right side of the screen. Step 6: Follow the on-screen instructions to start the application process. Step 7: Complete the online application form by providing the required information and uploading the necessary documents. Step 8: Click the 'Submit' button on the application application.
The Government of Assam will provide a subsidy of ₹50,000 to students on education loans up to ₹1,00,000. All eligible students can apply for the subsidy by repaying 25% of their loan amount. Note:- Subsidies are available only for loans taken from commercial banks like Federal Bank and HDFC, and regional rural banks like Assam Rural Regional Bank. The scheme aims to encourage students to take education loans by providing financial assistance.
