University of Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE), established in 1917, is one of India's oldest and most prestigious engineering institutions located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. As a constituent college of Bangalore University, UVCE operates as a Public institution under the State government. The college has earned Rank 101-150 in the NIRF 2025 Engineering category and holds autonomous status since 2007, maintaining recognition from AICTE, UGC, and accreditation from NBA and NAAC with an A+ grade.
