Sparsh Institute of Nursing College Latur is working towards developing structured exchange programmes to provide students with opportunities for experiential learning beyond the traditional classroom environment. Currently, the college facilitates clinical rotations and internships at various reputed hospitals and healthcare facilities across Maharashtra and neighboring states. Students are encouraged to participate in short-term training programmes, workshops, and clinical postings at partner hospitals, which provide exposure to different healthcare settings, specialized departments, and advanced medical equipment. The college organizes rural health camps and community health initiatives where students gain hands-on experience in addressing healthcare challenges in underserved areas. These exchange opportunities help students develop adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and comprehensive clinical skills. The institution is planning to formalize domestic exchange programmes with other nursing colleges affiliated with MUHS to enable students to experience different teaching methodologies and clinical practices. Faculty exchange programmes are also being considered to promote collaborative teaching and research. The college administration is committed to expanding these opportunities and establishing international exchange programmes in partnership with foreign nursing institutions to provide global exposure to deserving students.
