Sant Gahira Guru Vishwavidyalaya, Sarguja, Ambikapur, Chattisgarh, established in 2008, is a State university located in Ambikapur, the administrative headquarters of Sarguja district in Chattisgarh. The university was established by the Government of Chattisgarh under the Sant Gahira Guru Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2008, with the objective of promoting higher education and research in the northern region of the state.
