Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT) is a premier public institution established in 2008 under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India. Located in Jais, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, the institute was set up with the vision of developing a world-class institution in the domain of hydrocarbon exploration and production.
