National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Thanjavur (NIFTEM-T) was established in 2019 as an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India. Located in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, this Public Central institution represents India's commitment to building expertise in food technology, entrepreneurship, and management.
