Mother Theresa School of Nursing East Godavari is in the process of developing student exchange programmes with other nursing institutions within India. Currently, the college facilitates clinical training rotations in various specialty hospitals across Andhra Pradesh and neighbouring states, providing students with diverse healthcare exposure. These clinical rotations function as internal exchange opportunities where students gain experience in different healthcare settings including multi-specialty hospitals, community health centres, and rural healthcare facilities. The college organizes inter-institutional nursing conferences and workshops where students interact with peers from other nursing colleges, fostering knowledge exchange and professional networking. Faculty exchange programmes are conducted periodically, where visiting faculty from other reputed nursing institutions deliver guest lectures and conduct specialized training sessions. The institution is working towards establishing formal exchange agreements with nursing colleges in other states to provide semester-long exchange opportunities. Students are encouraged to participate in national-level nursing symposiums, skill competitions, and healthcare camps organized by various institutions, which serve as platforms for learning exchange and professional development.
