Designed to prepare future leaders for a dynamic global economy, IIM Indore's International Relations Centre (IRC) serves as the gateway to a truly borderless education.<br><br>The IRC oversees two distinct exchange pathways: the Post-Graduate Programme (PGP) Student Exchange and the Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) Student Exchange. The STEP committee works hard to ensure that incoming exchange students have a comfortable, hassle-free stay in India, taking overall responsibility for the experiences of students arriving from abroad. For IPM students, IIM Indore's multifaceted learning model ensures that students get an opportunity to develop a global perspective through its International Student Exchange Programme (ISEP), exposing them to different pedagogies of management education and enabling enriching interactions with students and faculty abroad.<br><br>IIM Indore has continued to expand its global footprint, growing its network to 60 partner institutions across 24 countries, a remarkable rise that reflects its unwavering commitment to building world-class, globally relevant managers. Participating students undertake full-time study for one or two semesters at any of IIM Indore's international partner institutes, immersing themselves in diverse cultures, academic traditions, and global business environments.</div>
